It's the final stage of the CS program. The CS Professional Program must be completed within the validity of the student's enrollment period. It can only be undertaken once the CS Executive program has been completed. CS Professional Program is one of the most difficult levels. It's also the end of the road for aspiring Company secretaries. The subjects are difficult and are generally broken down into two modules, with the module containing two core subjects and one elective.
The CS Professional program is divided into two modules, each with four papers. This level focuses on Taxation, corporate governance, restructuring, and strategic management, as well as company secretarial practice.
The Student is supposed to register for the Professional Program after completing CS Executive level & must register nine months before ahead to the month in which the Exam is scheduled to take place. A Student who registers six months before the examination month may be permitted to take one or two Professional Program modules. For the modules in which he or she wishes to sit in the next exam.
How do I register for CS Professional Course?
The registration fee is Rs. 12,000 with a validity of 3 years a student must first log in to their ICSI student account before filling out the CS Professional application form. In 2025, the CS Professional exam will be held twice: once in June and again in December.
