NEET 2016 Phase 2 Exam Day & Time – NEET 2016 phase 2 exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 24, 2016. The duration of NEET 2016 exam is 3 hours from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Exam Mode – Pen and Paper Based. Candidates have to mark their response on the specially designed machine-gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen. Examination authority will provide ball point pens to candidates for marking their response
Language of NEET 2016 question Booklet English/Hindi – The question booklet of NEET 2016 will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi. Candidates will get NEET 2016 question paper as per the language they select during in the application form
Types of question (MCQ) – The question paper of NEET 2016 will have multiple choice questions (MCQs). Candidates have to choose correct response from the given four options. Question of NEET 2016 will be based on the syllabus as prescribed by examination authority

Number of questions (180) – NEET 2016 question booklet will have a total of 180 multiple choice questions
Distribution of questions – According to NEET 2016 exam pattern the question booklet will have 45 questions from each section of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The table given below shows the distribution of NEET 2016 questions.

Marking Scheme – Each question of NEET 2016 will be of 4 marks. The total mark of NEET 2016 is 720. For each correct answer in NEET 2016 candidates will score 4 marks and for each incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be allotted for unmarked response.
